About ADE
The person you meet is the person who manages your home.
Tony was born in Palm Springs and has managed valley homes since 2021. He has been licensed in California real estate since 2015, so say a street name and he can tell you the HOA, what homes rent for there, and what has sold.

The team
Small on purpose, so you always know who to call.
Tony is your main contact. Two people behind him keep every home running.
Where we fit
A broker who manages, and a team that sells.
Tony is a member of Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group, Keller Williams Luxury. If selling ever makes more sense than renting, you won't have to start over with someone new.Sell or rent: how we decide
Start with the rent number.
Tell us the address. Tony will send back what it could earn as a seasonal or long-term rental, and how we'd run it.
