After listing the house with Tony and his team, within 2 months it was rented out for 4-1/2 months! He does everything from A-Z and is the acting Property Manager during the rental period.
We bought a home through Antonio Estrada and then chose ADE to be our property management company. They have stepped in and taken everything off our plate, finding renters, pool and landscaping help.
He has been great at communicating each step as well as answering my numerous questions. … I am comforted by the fact that he has fully taken on the task of managing my property.

Recently moved from Chattanooga to PalmSprings and had the best experience with this top notch father and son team. Tony and Tony Sr were professional, courteous, and extremely responsive to any issues that arose. I highly recommended this property management team.

Tony, Tony Sr, and ADE were terrific to deal with for the place we rented in Rancho Mirage. They were extremely responsive in all questions - before the rental, during the rental, and the follow-up. We would highly recommend them to other renters or purchasers!

We regularly rent villas around the world, so were particularly impressed by the care and attention we received from Tony Estrada, Tony Sr. and their small team. They were impeccable on the basics – timely, reliable, responsive, etc. – but went far beyond that. It felt like they cared as much about…

Tony and his team have been doing a great job managing our property, even though it’s far away and hard for us to take care of ourselves. They helped us find tenants and have been very reliable with maintenance afterward as well. We really appreciate it—thank you!
