Long-Term Rentals in the Coachella Valley
Homes for a Year or More
Homes we lease for a year or more, across all nine Coachella Valley cities.
We lease long-term homes for owners across the valley, from condos to single-family homes. Good homes here lease quickly, so we don’t keep a list on this page that would be out of date by the time you read it.
Tell us the city, the size and the move-in date you need. We’ll tell you what we have open now and what is coming up, and walk you through applying.

Renters ask us
Leasing a Home With Us
How do I apply?
Every applicant gets the same check: credit, background, income verification, and a phone call to your previous landlord. Tell us about the home you need and we’ll send you the application for the one that fits.
How is the lease signed?
Electronically. Once you are approved, the lease is signed online and you have your copy the same day.
Who do I call for repairs?
One number, (760) 548-2838, answered by a real person nights and weekends. We send local vendors and follow the repair through to the end.
What happens at move-in and move-out?
We inspect the home with photos before you move in and after you move out, so both sides have the same record of its condition.
For owners
Own a Home in the Valley?
We find and screen long-term tenants like you for owners across all nine Coachella Valley cities. If you own a home here, we’ll tell you what it should rent for.
