What the percentage covers
Questions owners ask about fees
Straight answers.
What does it cost, all in?
20% of rental income for seasonal homes, 12% for long-term, and a one-time $1,000 onboarding fee either way. That's all of it. No renewal, vacancy, markup or claim fees on top.
What is included in your fee?
Rental pricing, tenant screening, rent collection and bookkeeping, scheduled inspections, a 24/7 tenant hotline and lease enforcement.
What don't you pay out of the rent?
HOA dues, property taxes and similar owner costs stay with you. We're clear about it up front.
Now the number that matters: what your home would earn.
